CANCELLATION POLICY

All “no-shows” will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. You must cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show. Late arrivals may be subjected to a downgrade of the service performed. 

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must cancel through the booking link; canceling any other way will not be accepted.
